Job Summary
North Vancouver City Library is seeking a friendly, confident, service-oriented Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team part-time (24 hours per week).
Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations and Customer Experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sustaining a welcoming customer experience as the first point of contact for library visitors. You will greet new customers, orient them to library services and policies, provide information and assistance, receive and process payments, and resolve issues with customer accounts.

Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by completion of Library Technician or other relevant courses, plus some experience in library work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

$28.37 – $33.25/hour (pay grade 14; 2024 rates) + benefits
Thursday – 5:15 – 9:15 p.m.
