DESCRIPTION:
The Information Services Assistant (Outreach & User Services) is responsible for the outreach activities of the Cardinal Carter Library, as well as the provision of accessible and patron centric user services. The incumbent is the direct supervisor of the Work Study team, providing training and ongoing support in public services and stacks maintenance. Utilizing expert knowledge of circulation functions, the incumbent delivers user-centered service to the students, faculty and staff of King's University College, Western and affiliate users, and users from our Collaborative Futures consortia located across Ontario. The Information Services Assistant (Outreach & User Services) is responsible for the proper management of our physical circulating collection. The incumbent manages the Digital Lending Requests program of the library, including receiving, organizing, and completing digitization requests from the Affiliate, Western and Consortial communities.

SALARY RANGE:
SSG 9 - $55,195 - $67,248 (dependent on experience)
