Job Summary

The Library is seeking a full-time permanent Community Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position acts as part of the Management team to carry out the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Cornwall Public Library.  

Reporting to the CEO/Chief Librarian, the Community Engagement Manager leads the library’s programming, outreach, volunteer, communications, marketing, and donor relations services in alignment with the library’s strategic directions and the needs of Cornwall residents.  

This role builds and sustains community partnerships, oversees engagement strategies and evaluation, and ensures consistent, effective promotion of the library’s mission, services, and brand.  

The position also provides leadership in staff supervision, performance and attendance management, policy and procedure administration, and the ongoing development of responsive community-focused services and spaces. 

Compensation

$81,378.61 to $91,593.95 + benefits
